DMCI Immobilier: every visitor becomes a lead to call back

DMCI Immobilier markets real-estate properties. Its platform rests on a simple principle that explains every technical choice: everything a visitor does on the site becomes a request in a single inbox, where an agent picks it up, calls the person, records the conversation and moves its status forward. It is not a marketplace, there is no online payment, and nothing is done to keep the visitor around: the goal is for them to express interest in a few seconds and be called back.

The context

In real estate, value is created on the phone, after the website visit. The product therefore had to make the request as easy as possible on the visitor's side, and the follow-up as rigorous as possible on the agent's side, without superfluous tooling.

What we built

• The public website: property catalog with categories, detailed listings, very short request forms.
• The administration: single inbox for requests, assignment to agents, call history, statuses, activity log.
• The API and its services: properties, requests, users, media, site brand settings, service health.
• The guided installation, to deploy the platform and load the initial data in a few minutes.

How we worked

In French from end to end, with the agents as the first users of the administration. Every form field was discussed: what is essential to call someone back, and nothing more. Properties are created unpublished by default, so nothing goes out without review.

Technologies

Node.js API as independent services, MongoDB database, React web interfaces, media management, scripted deployment.

What we take away

A good business tool starts with a sentence that fits on one line. When that sentence is clear, the rest, from screens to services, almost decides itself. It is the first step of our method.
